Tanzania’s strong drive towards industrialisation, reduced corruption, and improved competitiveness has seen the country grow its regional influence in East Africa.
Dar es Salaam is expected to be the fastest urbanising city in Africa between 2010-2025, with the population expected to grow by up to 85%. Spurred on by strong inflows in foreign direct investment, a solid fiscal outlook, and annual growth rates upwards of 7% GDP, we are at the forefront of meeting the growing demand for residential and commercial real estate. We have the capability to support all sectors within the country and consider there to be opportunities for growth in serviced offices, hotels and tourism related sectors, especially in secondary cities such as Dodoma, Arusha and Mtwara.
ESBC Kilwa House - ESBC office suites are located at Kilwa House within Dar es Salaam's Peninsula and are offered for a short-term lease. Most offices command spectacular views of the Coco Beach harbour and in addition, there is the convenience of having the choice of the Peninsula's facilities for corporate meetings, conferences and entertainment.

New discoveries of Natural Gas
In the last 12 months, Tanzania’s known natural gas reserves have increased by up to 18% with natural gas reserves now standing at 55 trillion cubic feet (TCF), following finds in blocks off the country’s southeastern coast. Along with Mozambique, these discoveries in Natural Gas have the potential to make Tanzania a dominant player in LNG in East Africa.
The larger reserves are a major boost for Tanzania’s fledging natural gas sector as the East African nation continues with plans to build a gas export plant targeting energy-hungry Asian markets.
