We will work with you at every step to scope out the perfect deal based on financial, commercial, strategic and any other considerations you may have. Our offering is unique to Africa – we will not simply provide you a choice of offices from our existing offices but we can offer you the opportunity to go into any office space you want. We will liaise with the landlord, we will take the obligation of the long term lease and we will work with you on designing, financing and operating your own bespoke office space. From the type of bin to the shape of desks to the number of coffee machines we will design and procure your perfect environment.
The reason we can do this is simple – we take up additional space (in addition to yours) and we utilise these economies of scale along with our understanding of real estate and procurement to get the best deal for you. We will then use the additional space as traditional serviced office space based on modern design concepts. Should you wish to expand your office into the additional space you can, likewise if you want to decrease in size you can. In addition, if you want to leave then you are not stuck in a 7-year lease. In short, you have total flexibility.
